There are *very* few high level pure elusive backs that I know of with 70-80+ agility. There really is no yard stick to measure vs all of the high level comb backs, so it's really hard to compare them. Of course, statistics are only a small factor of how effective a build is. The biggest factor is the offensive line you're rushing behind, and the defense you're up against.

I'd really love to see a game where you play a well build and managed rush defense of the same level or higher, and manage 8ypc. In my experience, that won't happen unless you play a team that can't game plan.

You certainly won't be juking everyone out there. The object is to juke, break a tackle using agility/carrying, or spin off of as many (or more) defenders as an equivalent level combo or power back would.

I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to building elusive backs. I honestly haven't seen many people stick to the formula of a pure elusive back, and I plan on doing so with my hb's. I've got elusive backs with 70 agility with eqpt, and 70 agility without equipment. One is more heavy on SA's than the other but I intend to see which works better in the long run.

Oh, but wait.. you're basing all of this on your team's performance vs cupcake gutted teams. Look at your game log. You average 1.5-4 ypc vs well matched teams, just like everyone else:

Going to be an absolute monster build - pretty much there now.

Lol.. but I'm glad you're on the team for our passing game.

But really, Riggs' power back is going to be a monster. His build is awesome now and really does it for the team. I don't expect my elusive back to be great for another 1-2 seasons.

Just for the record, i have or should I say HAD a high agility back but switched all equipment over to speed.

I had 81 agility with equipment. Now its all in speed and I do much better.

Same here. I think speed is way more important than agility for an elusive back at least. If you think about it, having higher agility than speed really doesn't make any sense. That means you have more of an ability to change direction without losing speed than speed itself. My HB started doing a LOT better after I switched all of his equipment into speed.

I had originally thought with high agility it would trigger more special abilities. I dont know if it did or not but all i know is my guy performed better with higher speed. Maybe it was a fluke. I also have more vision now as well so that may be a factor.

I prefer high agility and speed. Most people have one or the other. Why not both? How much speed did you have when you were at 81 agility?

I agree to having both. As far as me giving out my attributes right now, id rather wait until after playoffs.

I made the mistake on my RB in placing all equipment into agility....I now have to go switch it to speed. I know in the next few seasons teams WILL be able to catch me sprinting down field, in fact it has happened a few times this year......Speed is life boys, lets not get that twisted.
