Hmmm... using my in-depth psychological knowledge and reading Schemy's responses, he seems a lttle vexed at society recently. Have I missed him always being like this, or did me telling him I wasn't a real freaking Oceanian who wasn't even born anywhere near 1984 affect him more than I thought?

So it's thinking highly of myself to assume that every team we played wanted to win the game? I didn't mean that everyone used +5's against us.. geez.. but, if you want to put that out there.. Michigan & Seattle are the most likely teams that people would use +5's against, and most people play us far enough apart to do it.. so it's not entirely unreasonable.

Just for my own benefit, we didn't use our +5's against you. We actually used them in our losing effort today. We figured that there was no point in trying to beat you in the regular seaosn as it wouldn't impact our playoff placement and we figured this would have put us over the top against Mega. I feel open to share this as we likley won't be together again afte rthe restructure.

We couldn't use them against Seattle either. Too early in the season.

So we are the exception.

Says a lot about the progress Megatropolis has made since last season though.

On a side note the +5, +1. Is it really better than the equipment bonus? I still am not sure in the long run.

Depends a lot on your build & the equipment you already have, and the equipment your upgrading. Plus if those +5 wins net you access to a playoff berth & ticket sales net the team a few hundred K in cash, then again.. you could use the +5 & lose & get nothing long term. That's on eof those things where circumstance really dictates your course of action.

I guess it just sucks that it is luck of the draw on the equipment in the store or that might be a better option.

I used my +5 for my scrim with Michigan!
