Anotomically, sure, but when you're head, physically, is inside of a rectum, and if you were to place your head between the inside of your sphincter, and, let's say, your sternum, which I'm guessing is the maximum head length, or height, that would fit inside of you, your head, relatively, is by all of your internal organs. At least much more so then if you weren't being a major ass (pun intended).

But, as you so poignantly pointed out, I do not know such minor details as well as you do, so, if you'd be so kind, please tell me what your head is currently nearby, and we can then use that body part as a reference.

You'd be firmly sandwiched in a pile of viscera and jejenum of the small intestine, assuming you'd likely just rupture right through the descending colon. You were good with the spleen, though, they're both on the left side of the body (the descending colon and spleen).

I assume that also depends on which way you're facing then, being that I did mention your face was looking at the spleen, so ... if you were/are facing right instead of left, my utmost apologies.

And look! This thread has now become educational for everyone!

I'm assuming that your descending colon would lead your head over to the right. You could look towards the spleen but you still wouldn't be able to see it. Numerous structures still in the way. Plus, the spleen can move quite a bit too. It would depend on how my body was positioned to determine which way the spleen was hanging at that time.
