SAs have less value than many give them, that i'll agree with you on. I do believe some of them can greatly assist an already solid build though.

Once you've broken up WRs by build type, the next logical question is which numbered WR position does each build best fit? Or is there even a noticeable difference at this point?

Some differences, though not something i've studied yet as much as some smarter people in the offensive co-ordinators forum. They were talking along the lines of posession at any, speed at 1 or 3, agility at 1 or 2, though not checked up recently with their tests.
