Is there any equipment that gives a speed or agility % boost? for a CB? I haven't found one in the 3 times I've shopped and haven't seen anybody say this yet.

This is where things go pear-shaped for me.
First, that piece of equipment is impossible. You can't get 3 mods on one piece like that.
But, hypothetically speaking, the answer would be "F: None of the above."
A is not possible because the 2% would upgrade to 4%.
B is not possible because you have to add +1 to an attribute.
C is not possible because the SA is not upgraded on the first upgrade.
D is not possible for the same reason as C.
E is not possible for the same reason as A.
For the first upgrade, that piece of equipment would get +1 to an attribute of your choice and a 2% increase in "Catch Ball." The SA does not increase until the second upgrade.

Theory: It is best to get only 1 advanced equipment (AE)

Your waiting time to reach every 8 levels to upgrade regular equipment increases until you find that you never (figuratively) level up naturally anymore without boosting.
Since there is a maximum limit of 80 bonus tokens per season, you are guaranteed 2 AE upgrades forever without any further limitations (except money).
I believe my theory applies to both veterans and new players alike. Veteran players who find an AE they like, will have to actually buy those AE, and set them aside for upgrading until the day it surpasses one of the standard equipment in their inventory.
So is it most efficient to only buy 1 AE and have 3 regular equipment? or is there a chance 2 AE and 2 regular equipment can be better before the 10 year career drop off?

So, at first upgrade, the Superior "+1 CATCHING, +2% Catch Ball" Visor would become "+1 CATCHING [choice], +1 CATCHING, +4% Catch Ball"?
At second upgrade, the Superior "+1 CATCHING, +1 CATCHING, +4% Catch Ball" Visor would become "+2 CATCHING [choice], +1 CATCHING, +6% Catch Ball"?
I've read a lot on this stuff and remain confused.

Scenario: Since I'm nearly 32, that mean's my regular equipment will be +5. At level 40 I'll be at +6. With the 8 level gap between, I can subtract 3 for boosting, leaving 5 levels needed to get to level 40. At best I'll naturally level up 1 during a season leaving me 4 levels. So then it takes a 2nd season of 3 boosts and probably a couple games to earn a 1 level natural boost to get to 40. I'd imagine I could naturally boost one more that season to 41. Turning to the following 3rd season after boosting, that leaves 4 levels left to reach 48. So it'd take another 4th season after boosting and naturally leveling to get to 48 for a +7 in regular equipment.
Summary: it will take 4 seasons to get from level 32 to 48. So for my AE to get +6 (level 40), it'll only take me 2.5 seasons (since it starts off at +1) to make up the difference. For AE to get to +7, it takes 3 seasons. That is already more efficient than the wait for standard equipment.
Which should mean I need to revise my theory to: Theory: It is best to get 2 advanced equipment (AE). It would take another 3 seasons to get the AE up to +7, and it'd probably take 3 seasons alone just to get from 48 to 56. So that'd be a total of 7 seasons passed so far which means most veterans would be at the 10 year mark and would benefit from buying 2 advanced equipments. For newbies, perhaps they can be better off buying 3 AEs?
What do you guys think?

Correct.
The upgrades go as follows:
Level 8:
+1 attribute of your choice
+2% (if applicable)
Level 16:
+1 attribute of your choice
+2% (if applicable)
+1 SA (if applicable)
Level 24:
+1 attribute of your choice
+2% (if applicable)
Level 32:
+1 attribute of your choice
+2% (if applicable)
+1 SA (if applicable)
...etc. I'm sure you see the pattern.

You calculations are off.
Above level 29, you should gain 2.6 levels per season, naturally (25 daily x 40 days = 1000 XP + 100 per game x 16 games = 1600 XP => 2600 XP). Add 3 from boosting and you gain 5.6 levels per season. So, to get from 32 to 48 would take 2 and 6/7ths seasons, not 4.

If you're telling me it stays that way here on out then it's probably best to get only 1 AE then.

25 training XP is the minimum per diem after level 24 or so. You'll never go lower than that.
100 game XP is the max attainable after level 29. I suppose you could get less than 100, but as long as you're getting at least 20-25 plays, you should be getting 100 per game.
And yes, if you're already above level 30, I don't forsee enough time to be able to fully upgrade 2 pieces of advanced equipment before the decline sets in. However, even if you have one fully upgraded and one partially upgraded, chances are the partially upgraded will still be better than the regular equipment you'd otherwise be using.

So a player starts Season X at 30. He can boost AE twice and gain an SP or he can spend Bonus Tokens 5 times, resulting in 5 SP's. At the end of the year, our player will be 32.6 + 3 from Flex Boosting.
Most attributes will be soft-capped [or at least, attributes useful to the build]. Those 2 AE attribute upgrades will level out the Bonus Token upgrades. Where the advantage becomes clear cut is having as SA.
I don't think anyone will benefit from multiple AE pieces.

I got a +1 jumping and Deflect ball chance 2% for a lvl 9 CB.
Is 2% ok or is it too low?

Riddle me this, would Stiff Arm have any value for a regular CB? Have rolled a 3 jumping + stiff arm SA piece of equipment, and wondering if it might help with manhandling the WR during the play.

Bort said the SA's will work across the board. However, I passed on getting my Center a piece of equipment with the Protector SA on it.
