Excellent point made - league wide known info, I'm sure. You shouldn't go around stating the obvious, it's just not....good, for your own social benefit. We are here for a sub-in opportunity and all you want to argue about is how bars don't mean a thing? m-kay, you couldn't be more right.

We are talking about how Trout was supposedly the clearly the favorites (in their mind at least) to win CPL last year when they didn't have a playoff or boosted win to stand on.

I could have sworn that Dong was the odds on favorite to win it all. I think CCC or Dryden were 2nd and 3rd favorites. An untested Trout team was probably 4th.

I'm just not sure how Trout could be so confident in their team that hadn't even played a single game boosted......

It is one thing to say they were 25% favorites to win the league (1 of the 4 teams I mentioned) if you discount the West and give them 0% chance as we did all year is one thing. But to say that Trout was 55% favorites to win CPL AFTER the fact is asinine.

We'll never know.

No one else in interested in re-hashing CPL shit though. Let's stick to the topic of this tournament. A few more games going on tonight.


Tim Harper's Chicago Mustangs finally got their game scheduled. I'm not sure who was holding that one up though. But it is scheduled now. Only 3 teams holding up the works
