Please stop posting because your ignorance long ceased being comical. You got this exactly wrong. In the Phillips one-gap 3-4, the DE's responsibility is to penetrate. That's completely different from the old two-gap 3-4 where the DE's responsibility is to occupy blockers. As dpride said, you know even less about real football than you do about GLB, and the only thing you know about GLB is how to log in.
