LOL, last season I was pissed...this season I can only laugh it off........

I kept laughing at the guys over at Buda cuz they said the playoff sim was different and I swore up and down it wasnt......now I'm starting to get convinced.....

I mean our returner and power back had 5 fumbles combined in 16 reg season games.......and in 1 playoff game they have 4 combined......

I think next season I'm shooting for 8th seed.

no one sees you coming from 8th. or 6th for that matter ...

I take my special teams seriously. I know you guys do as well ... our respective returners finished 1 and 2 in pretty much every stat category. I'm just saying that my surprise with those two players is more why they didn't force more fumbles over the season then how they knocked it loose today.

The offensive fumbles were a bit odd. Then again, I've seen players with 100 effective carrying put the ball on the ground twice in the same game before. That's what convinced me to move eq out of carrying.

Honestly, the biggest surprise of all wasn't forcing the fumbles, it was recovering 4-for-4 while you guys went 0-for-2 on our fumbles. That was just plain lucky.

Also sucked that both Hotfoot's fumbles where on the 10.5 and 8 yard line.....the one you returned for a TD.....

There's no other way to say it.....we are a better team...just got extremely unlucky.....

Looking at next season if you guys dont pull off a magical run you will be a way better team....youre that good now and like 90% of your roster will get 72's next season ...........Ouch! I fear Sofia's window of opportunity has closed these last 2 seasons.....but we'll be back and basically the same squad looking to turn around our luck...I mean you know 3rd times a charm right.

Don't get me wrong, there's no arguing that I couldn't do squat to stop your HB.

I came into the game expecting that to be an issue and told myself I needed to score on close to every possession to offset the fact that you were going to TD 20% of the time Freemason got the ball. My goal was no more than 2 punts and hope for a crazy win in the 2 minute drills, a ST TD or an INT TD. If you told me before the game we had to punt 4 times and would be minus-1 on INTs, I would have said it'd have been a surefire loss. The turnovers made up the difference. There's no question we got lucky to have recovered all 6 fumbles, yours and ours, in the game. And of course, the 0:01 second TD was pretty useful, too.

Emmaus seeded too high. Arkadak or Winnipeg are the only viable options, tbh.

You are the better team, and you did get unlucky. There is no doubt about it.

That being said, the 3-2-6 dime defense that let them run up and down the field while in 3 WR sets was a tactical fail. Better defensive game planning, and the luck doesn't matter.
