We, The Lafayette Renegades, beat the previously ranked #4 Akron Assassins they moved down 1 spot. Yet our team goes down a spot as well :S
The New Orleans Eagles beat the the #11 North Carolina Lighthouses. The New Orleans Eagles moved up 3 spots. While the Lighthouses lost and still moved up a spot. Wow, this makes absolutely no sense to me.

So #9 beats #11 and #9 moves up 3 spots.
#6 beats #4 and moves up 1 spot, while getting jumped by a previously stated team that beat a much lower seeded team.
Anyone care to explain?

I don't think he has much of a grasp on the Eastern Conference. I mean, the guy has the Bruins moving up 3 spots for beating a 3-7 team. Bruins are good and all, but in a "typical" power ranking system, they wouldn't have jumped a team placed in front of them that also won their game quite handily (Alpine won 34-7 but was leapfrogged).

It's just his opinions, so just go with it I guess. hehe Good game btw



we beat the golfers so there is no reason why we shouldnt jump them. we also have already played all the top teams while the rest still have to play each othere.

So I am doing a little scouting of future oppenents and I am checking out the Chattanooga team. Looks like they signed over half a dozen players from a AAA #1 team, 15 - 17 th players. I was wondering how they turned things around so quickly..

I noticed that as well. It appears the AAA team traded away their best players to Chatt. It sure smells funny...

We still got by them, it was close.

Probably a friend who gave it to them...its not allowed, but its pretty hard to prove.

It wasnt a friend lol, ask the Phoenix Mambas, I pitched my teams ideas and values and what we want in our players, and Mamba loved what he heard, ask him yourself, I know none of them in real life, wow nice allegations.. research before you start accusing people of stuff please. I play by the rules and always have and always will, and I really dont appreciate people assuming otherwise without knowing ANY facts at all, ask them yourselves go ahead, have the Admins do an IP scan and you can see, do whatever you have to idc.

Anyways, good game tonight Messengers, came down to the wire.

O and Omaha Dogs, we beat yall first game of the season without any of them, did that smell funny too?

Edit: I dont want to come off as bitter, but I hate these false accusations, with the origin probably being jealousy anyways, and if not cool. I wish you guys an awesome next half of the season, but I dont appreciate you accusing me of this at all, I regard the games integrity more importantly than I do winning ball games.

Alcapown - If my comments came off as accusations then I apologize. However, you have to look at it from an outsider's perspective. With all of the talk of cheating going on lately, including in our own BBB #14, then trades like this will raise red flags. A group of Lvl 15-17 players moving from a AAA team to a BBB team seems strange.

With that said, if it was done fair and square then no harm no foul. Just thought I'd share my two cents like you did.

P.S. You did beat us in the first game of the season so congrats on that. Maybe we'll meet again in the playoffs.

I appreciate the maturity in your response, I just really hate getting wrongly accused, and I understand from an outsiders view, but this is my message to all, I have never cheated, and never will, I value my account and the integrity of the game way too much to do so. Also, it was a good game Dogs , and maybe we will meet again. . But I consider myself very lucky to have acquired the great group of guys I did, although if you ask they wouldnt say its luck, mamba just says I was the only owner who didnt kiss his ass in the PM. I found out about him originally in a post he made on the trade forums fyi. But good luck on the rest of your season everyone, and I expect my aggressive free agency move has sparked some interest, but dont just assume its cheating, cheers!

Sorry but I am a bit cynicle and that sounds awfully thin. All these guys contracts came due at once? Or the owner decided to trade them all away for cash and lower level players?

Sorry, but while that is not enough to proove anything, it is fishy enough to point out. Especially with all the crap that's gone down this season. Your probably a great guy and this is may be innocent, but on its face, it sure looks fishy.

Well hell, he only got 6 guys (sarcasm). I think that is fair considering a lot of teams got 99% of there team by trading with friends and raping other teams. Most of us are not dumb, and can figure it out.

No Alcapown, I am not saying you did, I am just saying why point out one guy when there are several teams that have done this and nothing is said.

BTW it was 10 guys, not 6....
