I know exactly what I am talking about, my only issue is I obviously think glb should be like real football so I talk in terms of what real football should be like.

Uhm ... every time you post about "real football" you show how little you understand that either. Remember humiliating yourself by talking about how 3-4 DEs only occupy blockers because you had no idea that the Phillips one-gap variant even existed? Remember insisting that 3-4 DEs don't get sacks and don't lead their teams in sacks, then me giving an example from each of the last two seasons where a 3-4 DE led his team in sacks?

Yeah I remember posting the quote that said the DEs job is to disrupt the OTs allowing the LBs to blitz and stunt.

Which is what I tried to tell you and prove that only 1 3-4 DE in the NFL lead their team in sacks. And that was Campbell, but Arizona basically rushed 2 LBs and both DEs as well as the NT during those sacks, allowing him to break his blocks
