I don't understand why anyone would be against this. If you were a player on ANY RL football team and the coach noticed you were using improper tactics for their scheme, they would either tell you to change or bench you. Because of the randomness of the sim, it's harder to tell that in this game, so why not let the coaches/owner at least see your tactics?
Many a team has not done as well because some players were either too lazy to adjust their tactics to the requested settings, or decided to do something differently and that ended up being counter productive.
Plus, if you open your build to the team so onwers/coaches can see your build, why not tactics as they are just as important as build.
IMO, those who want to hide their tactics have something to hide and should not be trusted. This whole "my flex, my choice" is BS as they don't generally hide their builds.

in RL football, players are paid by the teams... here, GLB is paid by the players.

your dots have that option... you can PM the owner/GMs, you can post your tactic settings in the team forum, you can use your player notes section to list all of our tactics settings--all of those options exist now
anything else is hopefully NGTH

+1. It might not be seen as perfect, but I will support almost anything that makes it simpler to communicate/coordinate and saves a lot of busywork for running large numbers of dots.
I think the one in my sig is a better idea, but I'd take either one of them at this point. Just allowing me to share the tactics would help.

Yea, all 55 dots have the option to post their player tactics. 55 posts to show what they are, and 5 pages worth of posts in a "Tactics Sharing" forum should be easy enough.
Make it mandatory for everyone to post their tactics if you want, and then you can go through the 5 pages of 55 posts for each player to find what you are looking for.
Or even to play off of what Bronko said, without really saying it. Use the "Custom Player Notes" to post the player's tactics.
