I think you forget who has the best running QB in the game. We own the QB run plays, not Hazy imo.

I'm not refusing to play him, I'm just refusing to play for money. I won't play for money unless I think I have a 60% chance of winning or better. I don't think we have that on the Gamblers. In fact, because of their roster size, it is probably only a 40% chance of us winning.

that scene is one of the best of all time, but it doesn't quite fit SI.

SI and the Beans were 15-1 last season and not overmatched by anyone except possibly a top 5 team (of which the Benitos and Evil Monkeys are). Against those teams, I'll take some chances that may not work out.


I certainly don't sit around calling the Benitos or Evil Monkeys cowards for not playing us again. We aren't worthy of a rematch given our last performance. I believe in personal responsibility and actions speak louder than words.

I tip my hat to the Benitos and let them pass but know that once we add a few more players and have 100 chemistry, we can play with anyone. We just time the chemistry to be near 100 for the playoffs, not on day 15. We are never ready on day 15 of 40.

The current Beans team is going to be better than last season's (15-1) team on paper before the playoffs. Don't worry.
