Mod told me this is up for Voting?? Why haven't we have the option to Vote for this yet? We are still just talking about it in the Forum. LET'S HAVE A VOTE ALREADY!!!

http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4903562
This would be nice so we could be able to share the link to the voting in the thread itself, instead of hunting for it

Until then, go to the "Suggestions" up for voting http://goallineblitz.com/game/suggestions.pl
Give dots a "Tactics Sharing Option" just like the "Attributes Sharing Option" (2277 votes for, 453 against)

Well as a Coach, I think it's bullshit to spend all that time Game Planning and then get in the Game and Start a guy that has said he's set to Semi-Aggressive and then he goes for the pick (and don't have much Catching or an Intercept % Chance Piece) and cost's the whole Team!! If an Agent doesn't want to do what the Coaches ask..That's fine, But the whole Team shouldn't have to suffer because one Agent got greedy and lied to the Coach about how he was set, because if the Coach knew he was set a certain way, he could make arrangements to Start someone else. And some say, if the Agent doesn't do what's asked, just replace the Dot...Well that can happen too but when you've started the Season and 4 or 5 Agents are doing this, You can't just replace them right then and the Season is screwed if you wait till the next Off-Season to replace them and all the other Agents that Signed with the Team gets hurt too. There is too much left to chance and too many Agents involved not to have this implemented. Until it is fixed, I'm just going to quit Coaching and how far is GLB going to go when most of the Coaches get fed up and just make Players and there's no one there to Coach them?

Is it just me or does this game still feel Beta ? 4 years in BETA !!!!. How can you justify charging for this when you cant even figure out a stable game model and stick with it. Piss poor lazy programming. Not gettign another penny of mine til this game crawls its way to Version 1.0. Its not even close boyz.

Semi-Agressive doesn't mean never go for the pick. To me this suggestion doesn't help me as a player agent one bit, I'd rather adopt the settings from the team - so the coach can change them a million times if he wants before gametime, I can be 3 hours into my shift at work (or on some beach in Madagascar on vacation) and still know my guy is set to EXACTLY what the OC/DC wants. If the coach lives in Austria and I work the midnight shift in Albuquerque we'd still be in unison - no matter what he selects (or when he selects it) my guy gets it implemented on gameday.

Thread is so old I wonder if some of the past posters have logged in within the last 4 months

Not to mention how much longer it will take to get this moved to "under consideration"

Hey! Just cuz I'm still here, and so is this old thread, doesn't give you the right to go making "old folks jokes". Damned young whippersnappers!

-100 thousand million

how does this keep coming back from the dead... kill the zombie suggestions!

Anything like this that is supposedly "optional" can and will in some cases become mandatory

I'd only support this if there is a check-box option that makes the owners pay the flex for the dots. As long as agents pay for dots the agents need to have 100% control over their tactics with no creeping infringements on that control like this.

Washington Redskins:

Redskins Suspend Haynesworth 4 Games without Pay

(AP) Defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth was suspended without pay by the Washington Redskins on Tuesday for the last four games of the regular season, capping a saga that began last offseason.

The move, which the Redskins announced was made because of "conduct detrimental to the club," comes after a long, difficult back-and-forth between Haynesworth, a two-time All-Pro with a $100 million contract, and first-year Washington head coach Mike Shanahan, who won two Super Bowls with the Denver Broncos.

Haynesworth skipped offseason workouts, boycotted a mandatory minicamp, needed 10 days to pass a conditioning test at training camp, did all he could to resist a change in the defensive scheme and then eventually became a part-time player.

His main gripe has been that he shouldn't be playing nose tackle in a 3-4 defense.

The Redskins said general manager Bruce Allen told Haynesworth about the suspension Tuesday. Haynesworth was inactive for Washington's 31-7 loss at the New York Giants on Sunday, which dropped the Redskins to 5-7.

In the team's statement Tuesday, Shanahan is quoted as saying that Haynesworth "repeatedly refused to cooperate with our coaching staff in a variety of ways over an extended period of time."

Shanahan also said Haynesworth "consistently indicated" to defensive coaches that he wouldn't play in certain defensive packages and refused to follow coaches' instructions in practice and during games.

New England Patriots:

Haynesworth was traded to the New England Patriots on July 28, 2011 for a fifth round draft pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.
On November 8, 2011 Albert Haynesworth was released by the New England Patriots and placed on waivers. This came days after he got into a confrontation with assistant Pepper Johnson on the sidelines.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers:

On November 10, 2011, Haynesworth was claimed off waivers by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Haynesworth was released on February 15, 2012.
