OK, here are some simple facts. If you want to rant on for 100 pages (and you probably will) please feel free to do so. But I have a life, and although I love GLB I am not constantly on.
Simple stuff:
1) I traded a sometimes inactive lvl 12 HB (he starts sometimes too) and a butt-load of cash for a lvl 8 HB and a lvl 12 CB. Simple.
No you traded a HB that has been inactive almost all season..he isn't "sometimes" active. He has leveled up since being inactive, so he isn't really lvl 12 either.

He was gutting a team, and PM'd you about the deal...its all there in black and whie for you to go back and read. You didn't happenstance trade with him, he came to you specifically with players you specifically wanted for players you specifically didn't want. Collusion. "Simple."

Joe made the team aware that they had a cheater in their midst, and it would've looked bad if people investigated it, THAT'S why you locked it and banned him.

4) Later, I banned joemakala from the forum while I dealt with the issue. I was burned once by a hot player taking information from the forum and leaking it out to a competitor. Again, simple. An honest person was going to bust you for colluding so you banned him, in an attempt to sanitize the situation, simple, we know.

5) joemakala got hot, I removed him from his starting role temporarily... and then it all steamrolled. Not so simple. Seems pretty simple to me. The guy had principle, and you underestimated what he'd do, thinking at the time kkep your gameplan secret was your priority...

At this point the team had talked me into giving him his job back, and just PMing his game plan to him. I accepted that, and decided that he can be traded for cash when the season is over. But that point has since left.
I'll gladly trade for him at season's end. The GBR Sharks like honest men of character

So...collusion? No, both teams benefited. I got the backups I wanted, he got a better RB than what he had ad a butt-load of cash to rebuild. Simple. No both teams did NOT benefit. The Bandits benefited, while the other team got raped. you traded an inflated INactive HB, whom you couldn't get active again, for two players that are active, and you discussed doing it before hand per Billy's own posted admission.

Bad deal? No, if someone had GM privileges to trade it can only be given by the owner. billyvassi had permission to make trades. If the owner didn't want billyvassi to drive the car, he shouldn't have given him the keys.
OK, gang. I hope that's enough info to set a new GLB record. Carry on...
Cheers
If I give someone the keys to my car to drive, sure they can drive it, but they can't take it to the chop shop and dismantle it. So don't try that nonsense analogy.
You guys cheated and got busted, end of story.
