If this ends up working out for the Kai (the zero passing thing)....

Just another reason why passing needs to be a tad bit more effective.

Passing is fine.

And it is not like teams can just "adapt" this method. It takes planning and preparation. And it also takes people setting aside their egos and sacrificing for the good of the team. Good luck finding people who will do that.

We have been planning for this for about 3 seasons now. Ever since Bort put a few QB rushing plays in. That is the main reason you saw a dip in our performance last season...tbh. Now we are reaping the benefits of our master plan. This is only the beginning of what will be a "rushing revolution" in GLB. I hope others convert to this style of play because it will give more build diversity, AI diversity, and just make things that much more exciting. It would also be nice to see Bort install "the option" at some point.

I like the idea of a purely RB build on a QB, NO points in throwing......... all in speed, agi, carrying etc.

How is passing "fine?"

Any team can average 5+ per carry whenever the hell they want to with a shitty RB.

But when it comes to passing, you can have STUDS at TE/WR and a Great QB, and unless you abuse plays, it doesn't matter.

Fact remains, Rushing should NOT be as easy, and Passing should NOT be this hard.

Need to make it equal and keep it there, somehow.

I have seen many teams passing great, I am not sure what you are looking at.

I am curious as to what you mean by abusing plays though.

Yes, you are correct, some teams can tear it up via the Air Assault, but that number compared to the number of Ground Teams tearing it up is ridiculous

There are, (or were) passing plays and run plays that teams would just abuse because they know they would work.

Don't get me wrong though, if it works, then fuck ya do "it" until it doesn't work anymore.

What did you think was going to happen, when everyone voted for 'realism' in that poll?

Bort went in there and manipulated what the final statistics should look like, and when you do something like that, and not let the builds dictate the stats, then unnatural things begin to happen.

Oh what LionsFan, you just wanted realism to apply to DEs? LOL.

DEs were more overpowered than the Run game.

Ask any elusive back if they feel rushing is too dominating lol.

If anything powerbacks could be toned down, but I am not even for that because I hate when people whine about things and don't fix their builds to compensate.

You were talking about the passing game, not the running game.

See, you don't even realize what you're saying. I'm sure you were one of the main people, bitching and bitching about DEs needing to be nerfed.

Well, Bort went ahead and nerfed DEs before Season 7.

Then what happened?

Passing was ridiculously strong, because DEs couldn't get ANY pressure on the QB?

So what happened then?

Instead of un-nerfing DEs, which is what should of happened, the passing game ends up being nerfed, even though he made Strength viable again, for Offensive lineman.

This is what happens, when people like you, get on these forums crying and complaining, about what is too strong, and what your sad ass team can't keep up with.

Stop bitching, and build better players.
