I don't think whatever we end up naming the conference is going to have any impact on how good or bad outsiders think the competition level is here. Only our performance against teams from other leagues can do that, everything else is just meaningless talk.
Neptune/Poseidon and Volcano/Tsunami(Typhoon) are solid combos, but we don't have to choose something intimidating to "improve our image." Surf and Turf is a catchy combo and has character, which is just as good for differentiating ourselves from the pack.
We should narrow it down to the top 3 or 4 options and figure out how we're going to hold the vote. Presumably each team in oceania should get 1 vote? Or each agent with at least one player in the region? The latter could get pretty rough to tally.
