Some stadiums don't have parking lots though. The Vikings play in downtown Minneapolis, no room for a big parking lot. If you want to park, you have to find a privately owned lot. Perhaps the parking lot could be something you add-on to the stadium, much like stadium sections.

Not necesaarily, the more money part does work, but at this point there's nothing to do with your stadium but build, build, build, build...

I've always wondered that too...

I agree with the parking and preseason ticket sales. I'm not to sure about the concert thing either as that seems like it would get a little to far away from football, i would like to hear some more on that thou before i ruled it out. As far as having the stadium completly done and getting bored what if something like what they do in Madden was brought in. Like upgrading your stadium to make fans want to come there and in turn you could raise ticket prices a little. I know there they let you upgrade the jumbotron to a high-def or a bigger one, opening sliding glass in luxury sweets, cup holders, fan appreciation days, ect. I know alot of us have played that and its just an idea so we can keep upgrading the stadiums.

I do like the idea of preseason games helping make money with concession sales.
