Really. That's your classic case of someone taking the fall. (Note, this is general, I am NOT saying that Billy is taking the fall for Cats. I don't believe that to be true in the least bit.)

But if, for instance, someone commits a murder, and you are charged as an accomplice to the murder, and the murderer says, "Joe wasn't an accomplice. He wasn't there to help me, and his presence was purely coincidental", than the prosecution likely wouldn't charge you as being an accomplice. Being an accomplice has certain requirements, one of which is that you intended to aid the primary. If the primary says that's not why you were there, than he's taking the fall for you.

After reading 18 pages of this, and several of your posts, I know this will go well over your head, but if Catspaw did not bench Mojo, I seriously doubt any of this would be out here right now. The suspicous thing is the swift, angry, irrational action by Catspaw against his starting FB.

The one thing I like about this whole thing is that it shows that Bullying doesn't always work. I can tell by your posts, Daman, that you're a bully, so I'm sure you'll be rabid in your answer to me. What Catspaw did was bullying, and I'm glad he's being called on it.

Did Catspaw know he was trading an inactive player for an active player? Did he know you had information other GMs and owners did not on what player(s) were needed and what players he was looking to get rid of? Did you have to negotiate the inactive player (meaning did you try to get an active player instead)?

If you knew how catspaw ran the team you would see why he did that. He's a very "team" type of guy. I think he runs a football team in real life (not sure about that, I might've heard). He saw the thread by joe calling me out as throwing a teammate under the bus an bringing unrelated gossip to the team forum where it didn't belong. I'm not a GM on the Bandits, I have no control over the team, I am a punt returner. So what I might have done as a GM somewhere else wasn't something to try to get the team forum stirred up about.

Joe didn't "throw you under the bus" you threw yourself under there, you're fucking guilty.

Also, you keep speaking of this "rumor" and "gossip" yet haven't made one attempt to clear up an rumor or point out what might not be factual...

It's bullying to ban the guy for trying to do the right thing, even though the right thing hurts the team, absolutely.

Banning from posting until intent could have been established might have been reasonable. Getting angry and benching a player before hearing him out... not cool. If it was me, I would have rather been released than benched. He was trying to bully, plain and simple. He pushed too hard, in my opinion.

Why was I disgruntled? I wasn't at all. I posted a few links and got banned. i wasn't disgrunted until Cats benched me.

The ban from the forum wasn't the issue. As a player, I am very sensitive to an owner acting like a bully and benching me for some contrived reason. It's very suspicious that he would do that unless Mojo had inadvertently stepped on some very big, sore, toes.
