Maybe this could help out some my son lives by it for his games and other programs. He can do a lot with it to help with his video frame rate. Some I know don't like it but if it helps you and others GL.

http://www.razerzone.com/gamebooster takes you to the download page and its free.

When I called my computer ancient, I meant it... it's 9 years old.

I've already done a lot to try to speed it up as best as I can, but let's face it... it's a 9-year-old computer. Only so much performance I'm gonna get out of it.

At least the replays are watchable for me now on this old heap. And I'm sure when they give us the option of "bots or dots," it will get even better for me.

I have more important things than that to spend $50 on right now, alas. Money's a bit tight right now, and it's not gonna loosen up any time soon.

"Just buy a new computer" ain't gonna be very useful advice for me right now, or for a while.

EDIT: Not that I'm complaining. I still have it better than about 90% of the world's population, so I'm perfectly content with a roof over my head, food on my table, and a 9-year-old computer on my desk. I'll take it.

It's all good... won't matter until I get my Round-2-Alpha-Key anyway.

Give the program a shot and it should improve your pc at least 20% maybe better.I still use old pcs and new pcs here at the house.I have people that give me old pcs they no longer need nor want and I fix and clean and give them to the kids here to surf with in the neighborhood for free.I have a PC I made back in 97 upstairs running our BasicTalk for our house phone and it does a good job. This PC I am on now I built for fun in 06 and it cost me 150.00 to build lol it was a trial cheap build.Don't knock old PCs they can do more then you think.

Well, I took a look at the program, but it needs Windows Vista, 7 or 8, and I'm runnin' Windows XP, so that's out anyway.

But yeah, old PCs can do more than people might think. I'm proving that every day with this one.

Just felt like I was whining too much in this thread.

Not trying to whine, just giving some feedback on how GLB 2 works on a computer that's a bit more... seasoned.

Spell-check doesn't work on this old computer.
