Well if you actually took time to look at the two teams at least one of them should be obvious.

PDD was all CPU and on its way to being sold so I took over after season started. I was the owner is Season 1 and now im the owner again.

SEA got raped with the new age based league system and that ship will be righted this off season.

As for my Excuse I have none. Those two teams are bad right now and will be fixed this off season.
