The Gurupies have been around since Season 2 and I don't think anyone has ever put 42 up on us in a quarter or over 80 in a game. Still had a chance to win with a minute left, so by definition a good game. That's one wicked set of WR's.

seems like I need to watch that game, I can't even believe both teams put up 80 points in a close game!

GG Prophecy, looks like a good one to watch. We put up more than enough yards but couldn't pull away till the 4th Q.

We are very much still usa pro. The original team I owned, but had some personal issues and had to drop out for a while. Refguru, booEr and others kept the name alive and changed our other team to the gurupies, its pretty much, was the same players. Now are farm boys are playing and look good. Ref and xrew did a great job keeping us near the top of the glb realm. Well our name and agents are usa pro, but the team is Oceania from the beginning.

GG man, but since your talking shit I will too. Had the AI been set up like it should of been(and I don't mean all run), you guys would of never had a chance in hell of coming back after the first Q.

blln, you know me. I don't really talk shit. Hell I don't have a lot to say publicly--normally. Stern is the one who rated us as the worst team in Alpha. I was just pointing that out. Thought it was really funny when he posted that we were a good team.

Our team has the same core as when we started. We haven't merged with any other teams (though have had several requests to do so), we don't have an appreciation thread to say hey look at us and recruiting for the attrition we have had has been really really tough. What we do have is a team full of great agents who play team first. Whether it is backup 3rd string and ST or splitting plays or whatever. We have guys who just like to have fun and if we win, great, but if we lose it's not the end of the world either. The majority of our team won't be age 400 until next season--though we will lose some key dots after this season--and we've been out-leveled for a few seasons since we were in AA in S12, AAA in S13, OPL in S14 and WL in S15.

I think what the Blaze and some of these other top teams do is great. If you have the network to pick the best dots every season then why wouldn't you? But our agents all want to stay together and live and die with each other along with a few players we need to complete us. Different doesn't mean wrong and I don't understand the hating on the Blaze. Jealousy maybe? To each their own. But putting Indy as #16 in Alpha is pretty stupid.
