thats why i wasnt worried about them

course thats easy for me to say since they arent in our conference and we dont play them but the point is i dont think they can hold up through the end of the season no matter what

i expect them to fall off the table here shortly

though i will say thats tough luck for the teams that maybe lost to them early then miss the playoffs by one or something. but considering the owner didnt get banned apparently the admins felt it wasnt his fault so you cant punish him either. tough situation



it just pisses me off that we played them early, pre-ban and all cheat. our one blemish on an otherwise perfect record so far. can i have an asterisk please?

just think about the team(s) that miss out of the postseason by one. now thats gonna suck some major speed ass

Next week should be interesting. Winner takes first place. I'd set the line at Buffalo -2.5

i haven't followed this whole cheating thing. I play the 9-0 mole rats next....are they one of the cheaters and what was done that was cheating?????????

On another note, my 0-9 team nearly pulled off an upset

i will tell you this:

we expected you to try the same tactic you did in your other wins and run a ball control offense to let your d keep you in the game an maybe get a break or two to win

you crossed us up by passing so much. even though we considered that a possibility it was low on our expected possibilities. we considered it too dangerous as you risked an int or two that would be very damaging to your chances

but passing nearly 2:1 with no ints kept the game close for you and gave you a chance to pull it out. although we anticipated the possibility it was a low priority and thus caught us a bit by surprise. we didnt get the int we played for in that scenario and just one play in your favor could have turned the tide

it doesnt appear that the rats are cheaters at all. just a bunch of dedicated friends

and although id like to drive them into the ground until they whimper like girl scouts for mercy, their owner and players have been very cool so lets not hold their success against them

Thanks Meathead. We like to change things up some so we're not too predictable... However, we knew we had a fight on our hands with your balanced attack. We just didn't have the talent level at every position as you did so we needed a break or two to go our way. We didn't get it but we fought like hell to at least make it respectable.

P.S. Let's make it known upfront that I do NOT want to play the Rangers in the playoffs if we happen to make it in.

Yeah, the Mole Rats are just a good team :o

Just to point it out on the schedule, if things go the way I think they will, we could see the #1 team from the west face off against the #1 team in the east for the last game of the season.

Mole Rats vs Rangers on May 27th, mark it as a game to watch

its funny because i sort of had to lobby to protect ourselves in case you tried to take a pass happy attack. and while i also considered it unlikely i was successful in getting a fall back implemented in case you took that route

considering how close you came to doing exactly what i was concerned about i come off looking smarter than i am. lol
