Not necessarily, because the turn around on building dots is shorter, one might expect that the flex refund would be untouched. Though there might be a graduated flex return... maybe like in GLB1. 100% of player creation, 70% of SP boosts, and something else for AP and extended life boosts.

Cool. I like dots doing stuff. Just would hate to see the game go live with some majorly exploitable plays. Sounds like you guys are working it out.

it just seems more logical to drop the price (which is what they did) and keep the 70% return. just seems like it would keep more players for everyone unlike glb1 since its so hard to recruit a full team unless youre well known.

more players=a better time for everyone

I think there is still room for some of that paper/rock/scissors for the OC/DC. Is Time Trial going to keep is RQB in that formation this game, or his he going to switch his PQB in this time?
