Look at the builds on RNG Chaos that are going to MPHD,http://goallineblitz.com/game/roster.pl?team_id=1338 - they are already EL of 80 with all the players at level 68. I don't know if that team will make it to 1450 average, but at some point there will be a team with over 1450 average sp value.
