Every time you zigged, we zagged. Pretty much exactly what I feared would happen. I can personally say that getting the D ready for you guys was tough. Solid variety in playcalling. Forced me into a couple mistakes.

I thought we had you at halftime...same story as the regular season, though. You guys wore us out late.

and you outscored MEM the rest of the half and had a 13-9 lead 15 minutes later...during that time we had a missed tackle turn into a 65 yard TD and our QB threw an interception. It got out of hand in the 4th and I think that was probably a morale spiral if you want to call it that, but that play in the first quarter didn't ruin the game.

Thanks. I won't say we sandbagged through the regular season because we didn't. We just hit our stride in the playoffs. I wish I could have seen the defensive game plan I wanted instead of the one I put in place. Taking nothing away from ATKM when I say that, obviously.

It ruined it for our HB. After fumbling that close to the end zone, I think he cried for the rest of the game. This was his lowest ending morale (by almost 50 points) all season.

Good game, Monmouth. That second half was amazing.

Absolutely. The Monkeys had a good gameplan, but I still feel like our chances are much better than against Chicago.
