Thanks to everyone mods, johnny six pack, whatever for testing the new sim. I'm sure it is fun, thankless and tiring all in one burrito. For those testing that are coordinators in GLB1 God bless you if you are jumping through hoops in GLB2 and still trying to run your ship in GLB1.

Honestly my only qualms so far with the testers I have heard of are the randoms.

Honestly I like that there's randoms in the equation.
People with no ties to GLB 1 can't compare the 2 which makes for a non-bias opinion of GLB2.

I'm not mad that I wasn't picked but don't tell me that there is going to be a random draw and then clearly its not. There is a reason you had to answer questions in the 'application'.

Only about 15-20 were handpicked.

Ya I wish it was totally random so we could have a bunch of useless testers who are hardly online testing a game that is supposed to be ready for us to play in less than 2 months.

Not sure I just returned to GLB yesterday and catching up on latest news.
IMO the idea of having a small amount of testers with no ties to GLB would be a good idea.

Sounds like the game is really different from GLB 1.0 to me. So can't imagine it makes a difference. I see very little benefit to finding random people to play GLB 2.0 unless they are the type of fanatics who would have walked on board to GLB 1.0.
