racism have nothing to do with it California Houses 1/3 of the nations welfare recipients, and the are forced to keep some schools closed (overcrowding schools that are open) due to that near bankruptcy conditions that that is in.

You do not have to be any particular race to be on welfare (although more white americans are on welfare than any other group)

IE: Virginia and Montana, talk about either and it could be seen as some sort of racism, since they are not the same state lol

racism? no, sectionalism? probably, however I was pointing out an observation based on experience. That observation being that most of the people I have ever met from LA has the arrogance of Entitlement in their attitude. people are just quick to find Racist comments in every comment in this world nowadays O_o
