I like this idea and look forward to the implementation. I am assuming if there aren't any issues with testing, the implementation will begin next season. Question: Does that mean the current player creation will no longer be available starting next season, or when?
Only way we get away from cookie cutter builds is to allow us to pick our own EVERYTHING , anything else is just more smoke up the backside imo. If I can't build the way I want with ANY choice given than you guys aren't really changing anything.
Hope this makes sense ? This is nothing more than a new version of cookie cutter. A real football team has various builds that all contribute , this will just be nothing more than the same old dots.

No. The penalties are there for a reason. It doesn't make sense for a power back to have elusive back abilities, so we are discouraging taking those SA's.

It doesn't sound like these are crippling penalties. It's not like picking a Zone Corner is going to give you a -20% to all attributes when you are in M2M.

I've seen players in the NFL move from DE to LB, I've seen LGs move to RG. It happens all the time. No the reason is you want the cash.
A skills player doesn't change his position as often, but it does happen, look at Kordell Stewert, or any other QB who moved to a TE, or WR when getting out of college.
The idea is to take people and make it so they have no choice in what their players do. You build it, and you are stuck with it, unless you decide to retire him and start over. Or in other words, buy more flex.
This is just a shallow attempt to get people to look at something fancy, and say wow, I need that, and they will buy more flex in the long run.... Nothing more.
Well, you can't change from DE to LB anyway on GLB. So...? You are over thinking this. Doesn't mean a RG can't play LG. QB to wr? Can't do that either now. So it is no different in that regard than current system....
I was told you don't see players in the NFL changing positions, so I said he was wrong, and you know it. I just made a few examples, because he said you don't see Peyton Manning changing his position, he came out as a Qb and is still a Qb. Try not to only show 1 side of it. You should be able to move your LBs around if need be, and I have used LBs as DEs in this game too.

I know full well it would be over-powered. My question was if it got buffed to be worthwhile taking to cap early, since it was now a major for both the running FB and power HB or if it was just a space-filler like tackling on OL.
