And that is what I find curious.
Then we go back to my initial argument of why wont they draft a peewee HB that had redonkulous stats, his performance was just outstanding....
.....why? because the league was shit level/competition wise compared to WL and the only true predictor of future success is the build!

This. Unless there's an X-factor

True, but you still need a half decent build to go with X-factor, so he's still short!

Oh, also, just because you say players are "sacrificing eleventy-billion seasons to be good for twelve seconds before they retire omg!" doesn't make it true.
I gave you 3 examples of HB's that didn't do anything in their careers worth noting. Do I need to list them again, or can you figure that out?
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Your RB will continue to run roughshod over a field of cucumbers while those aforementioned RB's will be forced to slog through another horrifying season playing against the best dots and coordinators in all of GLB.
They are sure to feel the intense fail that you've previously mentioned.

You should have seen him as a Bugs mod.

You don't have to choose between stats as your player grows and a nice endgame build. Lots of people do, but any player can be very effective at lower levels and still be WL caliber at the end of their career.
