We sucked the first quarter and a half...Harris threw two long ints and our defense let landry jones drive down at will (we weren't ready for the hurry up offense). But then jacory settled down and javarris dominated in the running game,as did our opine bs the "amazing" ou dline. But yeah once our defense grew accustomed to ou's style of offense they played extrememly well. Ray Ray Armstrong is a beast btw.

With how the d reacted and how well we ran the ball I'd like to think we would have won with Bradford in there, but you never know.

Cal breaks my heart every year. What I mean is, I want them to do well and finish with just one loss (to us of course) and go to a BCS bowl. Tedford is almost as bad as Petey in losing games he should win.

GT gets a quality win over an SEC team (say what you want, Miss St took LSU to the brink)

now on to Doak for whats looking to be a wet game next saturday.

here's an interesting question.........if GT and Miami win out, Miami goes to ACCCG and whoops BC.

but does GT get a BCS at-large bid?

in other words......does the ACC get enough respect to get two BCS bids if VT isnt one of them?

Possibly. It depends on a lot of things, really. Miami and VT would have a better shot at an at-large bid than GT, but it could still happen. The Yellow Jackets going undefeated would mean a win over a top 5 VT, and a possible top 20 UGA. That should be enough to get them in, as they should be a top 10 team at 11-1. But, if VT is also 11-1, there's a chance they'd get a BCS bowl instead.

would be awesome to have 2 ACC schools in the BCS but still so much football left to play so really am not sure yet.

very awesome news, especially the running game. If they can keep there heads on straight and not buy into the hype, the rest of our schedule looks VERY favorable.
