You know how many times I've gotten an offer from a GM who just happened to want an inactive HB and was willing to trade me active players that I needed?

It's roughly the same as the amount of email I get daily from Scarlett Johannasson offering to fly out and bang me...

Catspaw posts HB is inactive and wants him gone. Then posts later than the team needs a good backup CB that is active. BillyVassi sees both these posts. BillyVassi offers Catspaw an active CB that would be the needed backup for the inactive HB.

I think reasonably you can see the Catspaw knew that he was dumping an inactive for something needed in return. Since BillyVassi is a player on catspaw team, it is reasonable to assume that Catspaw knew BillyVassi was doing something not "honorable".

Would catspaw trade an active good player for a complete inactive? NO WAY IN HELL!!! But he let a player on his team trade him an active player for a complete inactive, using inside information to get it done. That, in my opinion, shows it was known.



That's not actually how "reasonable doubt" works, but your point is well taken. I admit, and already have admitted, that there is evidence to suggest that Cats might have known. But I don't yet believe that he knew the entire situation, and so personally, I don't think that Cats or the Bandits are guilty here.

But Cats would never do that trade himself. He would never let anyone on his team do that trade. He is smart enough to know what was happening. I honestly do not see how that is not seen.

And PS - I will have to read up on reasonable doubt...LOL

Here's a new(ish) question...

If Admins reversed the trade(s) between the Bandits and the Thrashers, would everyone still brand the Bandits cheaters?

its like this: if there is reasonable doubt that someone is innocent then they are innocent

Possible solution:

--Have Billy and Catspaw BOTH publicly come out and admit and apologize.

--Have both agent's players suspended for the remainder of the season and playoffs.

--PM Bort and have the ill-gotten players released to Free Agency immediately.

Why didn't cats respond to me right away and discuss? Why did he immediately attack? Why did he trade with BillyVassi, sending an inactive to a team when he would never do the same to the Bandits? Is that honorable?

I never threatened the team. I still have never given out game plan info, even though I could tell teams what the Bandits like to do. I will not do that.

Backup Cats all you want..the guy is not as honorable as people think.
