Good point. What energy level you play at could also be crucial in this league, not just maxing out stamina points.

since players would have to be custom built specifically for an Ironman League, I doubt moving existing teams into Ironman Leagues would be a positive for either the league or the people who got moved there

more teams are bad is kind of vague ... why are more teams bad?

My question is this. Is 15 man the roster Maximum and minimum? Or is 11 the minimum? However its done this would be awesome. Coding I do not think would be the issue being how the groundwork is already complete. Just put a 15 man roster cap on 8 new Iron man leagues and see where it goes from there.

I got to thinking and maybe just have players who have builds without a declared position for the Iron Man league. However it might be too much work to do that.

This was just an idea so the real strategy comes into play for the owner and GMs. Instead of changing the coding of an OOP, try creating a new any position player (APP?) that cannot have an OOP penalty. This way we get the builds in and the owners and GMs decide where that player fits best on the offense, defense, and/or special teams. Allow APPs to play in regular leagues as well if they choose to do so. The owners would have to decide where they fit.

That and it doesn't limit what two/three positions they can play so we don't have to create a brand new plethora of two position players and what not. Or as suggested before and just keep the OOP and keep the positions and just create the league I guess... but like I said it was just an idea.

I think the Ironman would be for super hardcore Owners and GMs.

No, that would be a lot of work, plus how do you do SA's for something like this. I like bells and whistles, but I think making this a league with simply roster restrictions is the way to go until there's more time to do other stuff.

Yeah, just think, we may have to reverse-engineer this idea to ever get it to see the light of day!

not any postion guys but maybe D-line/oline players
linebacker/TE/FB players
DB/WR/QB/HB
players that can play 2 postitions would be best, because otherwise you could have a 190LB DT or a 300LB WR and that wouldn't make any sense.
