What exactly is the point of this forum? To talk about God on a football game? Should we really be making a forum that only lets Christians in... isn't that like against our whole creed, reach out to those who don't believe instead of separate ourselves from them?

The point of this forum: To worship Christ our Lord and Savior and to bring others to Him. And, yes and no. We need to reach out and help the people in need and tell them about Christ.

I've been a member of the Christian Players of GLB Forum for quite some time now.
The purpose, as i understand it, is to uplift and encourage other GLB Christians by sharing scripture and testimonies. This is an important part of fellowship among Christians in general and as a whole. While all Christians are under the 'Great Commission' there are times when the followers of Jesus take time to care for our own needs. We have a prayer list, we share our favorite scriptures and we discuss the Bible for greater clarity.
Additionally, the forum accepts those who are seeking Christ and supports those who already follow Him. We are here to help each other grow.
There is no mandate saying we should justify all of our beliefs in this forum, just because it is called for. Some of us are new and may not have the 'gift' of apologetics. That is not the purpose of the forum.

The bible is not up for debate and GOD makes that clear, and we dont have to answer to you or anybody else about what we believe, you keep believing you are right and we are wrong, no problem! But one day and it will happen, you my friend will have to answer a question, and it does'nt matter what you think, GOD has said it and thats , that. We dont get a vote in the matter, it is set in stone, for GOD can not lie!
As for this forum, it is a place to get away from the everyday talk about how bad christians are, how we are pushing are beliefes on you, and we dont listen to what the world believes, well quess what, we are of GOD, and you cant be of to MASTERS, you will always hate one, and love the other, WHO DO YOU SERVE? GOD BLESS, and still praying for you....

See, fundamentalist Christian forum. Outside of America the amount of Christians that take the bible literally are in the minority.
Theology is and should always be a massive discussion, if you're not challenging your beliefs then you musn't have very strong convictions. I strongly urge you to take a course in evolution, and while taking it try to ignore all religious arguments against it. The fact of the matter is that reality challenges your beliefs not just myself and others. From what I've read all you've done to reconcile these problems with is cling to the bible and a belief in a literal interpretation.
I know you know that the bible was entirely written by men, inspired by God but still, written by men. Men with their agenda's, prejudices and foibles. To claim the entire bible is directly the word of God is to completely ignore the above fact.

and the bible is the unchangable word of GOD sent by GOD to GOD fearing men, who held the bible to something more than just a book. But I will give it to you like this from the words of GOD sent through his servent DAVID, a man after GODs on heart.
PSALM 119:89, FOREVER O'LORD THY WORD IS SETTLED IN HEAVEN.
