Season 6 was our worst season but we still got by. If you can't adjust to the sim changes from season to season, then you're doing it wrong.

Being able to adjust and enjoying the sim aren't the same thing though. The current "run at all costs" sim just isn't a lot of fun for me (and other people, it sounds).

This already happens. This has been happening as early as season 5. Just didn't really 'take off' mainstream until season 7.

I used it back in season 6 in the regular season to see what would happen.

If you check the ypc per quarter you find:
Q1 4.5
Q2 4.4
Q3 3.8
Q4 2.4
By the fourth the RBs had taken either a moral or a stamina beating, likely moral. This is with three RBs, none carried more than 27 times. Without knowing for sure, I think our Oline and their Dline depth was similar at that time and that likely wasn't a factor.
This was before VAs, maybe motivational speaker is too strong?

If anything, your O line was a good bit deeper based on the box score (assuming all those OTs, Gs, and Cs rotated on the O line and not just on special teams) 13 guys to 9. Maybe morale loss based on the third quarter fumbles?

Same here. We have always passed more than we ran but this season we will probably end up with 95% rushing.
