I just wanted to say that I had a good laugh reading your original post and I think this whole thing is a great idea. I would absolutely love to join because we would love to see your CB on our squad, however I don't believe that many, if any, non-pro teams can beat the Santiago Benitos.
These guys are a very good Pro team and it will likely take another good pro team to beat them. I may be wrong, but I would doubt that they would give your CB or LB very much playing time because all their current players currently out-level your 2 guys by 3-7 levels. It would likely be the same way with most Pro teams, they have much higher levels.
What do you think of the idea of excluding Pro teams from the running? I believe that this may drastically improve your player's playing time. Both your CB and LB have the builds rivaling our starters on my own AAA team. IMO excluding Pro teams might not only help your players get more XP, but with the caliber of players you have there, you'd likely be a huge help to the team who wins instead of the last player on a Pro team's depth chart.
