Great team that worked hard to get where they were, as a team, suddenly disbanding without a chance of one of the other owners or GMs on the team taking over and keeping things going? Seems odd. I know if I was going to back off of my commitment on GLB I would try to hand things over to one of the other owners on my team that had invested almost as much time as I had...... Just sayin'. Could be this bottle of Cakebread talking, but I doubt it.
