Well, if you're anywhere near Minnesota, we'll talk.

Judging from your scenarios, i'm no where near Minnesota but i'll paypal you the money for that Steak Dinner.
If Miami loose, we are through is basically what it comes down to.
And with us up against the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns, thats basically what we will need to happen.

Not necessarily. If Bud Dry wins, North Carolina wins, and the Commandos lose, then it goes to points scored to sort that out, as all teams would be 12-4.
At that point, Bud Dry would have to outscore the Commandos by 61 to leapfrog them, and outscore North Carolina by 91 to leapfrog them.
Had to double check the numbers, but they are right, in which case, Bud Dry would get the 5th seed, even though they won.

Sully, how can the Nudists finish with the 3rd seed even though they lost to Commandos and Bud Dry?

Head to head tiebreakers don't appear to apply when three teams are involved, unless Bort changed something I did not see. As a result of that, there is still a chance, thanks to points scored, that North Carolina finishes higher than the Commandos and Bud Dry.

5(add). How are ties broken in the standing?
-----a. If there are only 2 teams, it's just based upon the head-to-head matchup
-----b. If there are more than 2 teams, then it's based upon these factor in this order:
1. # of head-to-head wins against the other teams with the same record
2. # of points scored
3. # of points allowed.
Looks like head to head counts against other teams of the same record

Yeah I was gonna say. It just doesn't make sense for Team A to not get priority (higher seed) over Teams B and C when Team A beat both Teams B and C. Three way ties should always go to the head-to-head matchups first to see if anything can be resolved there.

I agree 100%. I just remember hearing that head to head doesn't count when three teams are involved, that it is strictly points scored.
