I think the coaches and GM's should decide position by position in individual threads. 1 representative sounds fair. this sounds like fun actually lol!

What if..... a committee narrows down a top 5 at each pos....

and then everyone votes?

I will do the Pro Bowl ballot if you guys want. Here would be the rules.

1. Top 10 players at each position will be voted on. Players will be mostly from threads started for each position and filled in with best stats that I can see outside of players talked about.
2. A First team, and a Second team will be made. A Western and Eastern team will be made.
3. 1 QB, 1 HB, 1 FB, 1 TE, 2 OT, 2 G, 1 C, 4 WR on offense. 2 DT, 2 DE, 3 LB, 2 CB, 1 FS, 1 SS on defense for each team.
4. 1 vote per team. (Either Owner or GM, if owner doesnt have it filled out in time I will give the GM a chance to vote)
5. CANNOT vote for your own players.
6. Teams that dont vote will be voted by default; Whomever has most votes so far gets 1st place vote, 2nd most votes get 2nd place vote and 3rd most gets 3rd place vote. ONLY players not on that team gets the votes (Cant hurt other teams that did vote).
7. Vote for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. First gets 5 points, Second gets 3 points, and Third gets 1 point.
8. Owner has to vote within 48 hours, then the GM gets 24 hours past that. In 72 hours the teams will be announced even if the team does not vote in time.


LMK what you guys think and ill get it started today and have it out around day change.

There is a 1st team and 2nd team for the East, AND the West. An All Pro 1st team cant have 2 starting QB's, HB's, and FB's.

Stats need to be done today as each team played the same 15 teams and the 16th game should not count for stats.

If you want me to do it LMK. It will take a few hours to do, and the quicker I get the ok i'll continue. I did QB's, and HB's for people to vote on so far as they are easy, but the other positions will be tougher and longer to do.

So please give me a yes or no and i'll start it. Its the fairest way I can see it being done.
