Rage and Maulers game is setup for 9/1

Congrats to your Ole Miss boys. They kicked the crap out of us today. Hopefully that just means that you guys have gotten better now that you have a coach instead of just that we suck worse then last year. Actually I thought both teams looked better than last year, but you guys were able to make big plays for TD's, and our big plays just went for yardage.

Nice, welcome to the tournament, dont mind if we feed you to the lions (or Rats as it may be). Sucks to lose if we do, but it will still give us a chance to play with some setting before a must win game in league for us (win we are in the playoffs, lose we are out). So this practice is very important. Thanks for letting us crash.

P.S. Had never been to an Ole Miss game on their campus. I didn't get a chance to walk through the Grove, but I did witness the talent. Man, its a good thing my wife decided to stay in the RV because with the heat and some of those dresses, my head was on a swivel. :-)

Our problem was we gave them alot in the first qauter, every other qauter was competitive. 2 Int's is unacceptable. We didn't use Calhoun or Singleton right. You notice when they got more invlolved the game was much better. Also unless Hall get get his stuff together and lead our offense a little better Will should be the starter, we was much more effective IMHO.

With that being said. Good game, you guys came to play . Our defense couldn't stop you, and our rushing did jack squat. Heres to you guys having a great season. Nutt seems to know what he's doing. Now Ole Miss finally has a coach to go with the talent. Good game, and hopefully we'll take one from you next time.

Oh yeah and Rage goodluck, although you probably wont need it lol.

I thought Will looked a lot better. He was making good decisions. The only problem Will had is that he came in and was trying to play catch up so he probably wasn't as effective as he could've been. I though our defense looked good. Our corners rose to the occasion in defending the Tigers big receivers. I can't wait until Hardy and Perry are healthy again.

I had my gf with me, my head was still on a swivel lol. Luckily she understands. I hopw haha. Well good luck in the games boys and I'll send you off with a big Hotty Toddy! I'm just sad this is the last year for this game.

I sent the team we, Ghetto Dawgs, are supposed to play a few days ago. They have not accepted it yet. So, I dunno.


Also, I'm an Ole Miss fan as well. Live and work in Oxford. Anyway, I was happy enough with the Ole Miss offense, but our Oline needs to block better. Now, defense is another story. I had reservations about Nutt hiring Tyrone Nix as DC. If Nix was that good then I guarantee you Spurrier wouldn't have let him go. At least the tackling was a little better than usual.

It looks like there is 1 game still not set. Ghetto Dawgs and Showboats please set your game for the latest, Wednesday. If one teams send the friendly and the other doesn't accept. Then that team is disqualified.

Nix actually wanted the job at Ole Miss. He likes Mississippi and recruits better there as well. Once his brother Derrick was given the RB job at Ole Miss then Tyrone was a lock. Both Southern and SC both have had good defenses under Nix. I think they will be fine once completely healthy.

Sweet we got 69 total yards, and held the Rage to 50 points. I told you it'd be a good game, lol....

On a serious note, the guy that did my avatar says he could make a really nice Champions Plaque. You know, like an "employee of the month" plaque, lol. I was thinking something like having it read at the top "Battle of the Bluff City"? We could update it each season. Just a thought.

It was actually a good game. ou all put up alot more competition than most of our league.
