I believe that my original theory has become more and more correct towards the end of the season.

In our "upper class," home field can be the only difference between a win and a loss. In my opinion, all of the top level teams in the West have an equal shot of going to the Finals.

If any team is a "middle class" team, it would be the Wackers. They have a decent record and will be the 5th or 6th seed, but the toughest games of their schedule have not been played. Still, this is one team in the West compared to 7 teams in the East. I think we can say the "middle class" is non-existent.

I own the Wackers. I don't post or read these forums much, so I don't know what kind of bickering goes on about East Vs West, but I will say this. I'm damn glad not to be in the East.

As far as my team being "middle class," I suppose that is fair. Though, maybe out of biasness, I'd say we're "lower-upper class."

Tulsa and you guys (Hobbs) spanked us pretty good, and easily. I think we have a lot of work to do to catch you guys (hopefully one of you will be gone in about a week lol).

However, the games against Madden and Island really disappointed me, as we had leads in both (albeit short lived), and hung in tough early, but choked in the second half. That isn't an excuse. They are the better teams for sure, but I think it is POSSIBLE for us to beat one of them with great game planning and execution. So, to say we aren't in the same class as them.. I only agree 50%

Anyway, you are mostly right. There are not as many quality teams in the West. And I will even go as far to say the East is by far the better conference.

As a middle class team in the East who has never been in a playoff game, I can tell you that the east SUCKS.... its too hard. Lose a couple close games that you could have won and you are out of the playoffs.. as we are again this season despite ending (I hope) 9-7.

These really good teams keep falling in the playoffs and end up staying here.

GRADUATE already!

I agree with your title of lower-upper class, but the key is that you guys are still upper class. I think you guys are solid and would be a 3rd or 4th seed in the East. The tough thing about the West, is that the teams with seemingly less talent seem to pull it off in the playoffs. So we still have Fremont, ISB, and MWs. And when a team leaves the West, another team seems to get better over night and fills the shoes of the team that promoted.

I guess we'll know tomorrow which conference is better, when TMW's knocks off Boston.

Prediction: TMW's 35
Boston 21

Edit: dropped Boston to 21 (cant predict they will score more than we did!)

I know how hard is is to score on MWs. 24 points will be difficult.

I say Boston > TMW, 28-17

Damn.... You guys are pretty confident in boston's ability to score on the best defense in the league (100 points allowed this season). I say they score no more than 13. MWs offense will be the deciding factor in this game. I've observed two different MWs offenses:

- Against ISB, Fremont, and Hobbs
- Against Teamsters and Rhode Island (before gutting)
