I have no problem organizing it. Though my rules would be a bit different. I would have everyone post their votes(so there is no ballot vote cheating). I'm not saying anyone has done this before, but this eliminates any problems from arising.

Secondly, I would allow teams to vote for their own players, yet I would disqualify teams that vote for a majority of their players.
