Yep, I always looked up to the NYL as a team to try and be as good as. It would be like Peyton Manning's Colts only winning four games in a season after being the measuring stick of consistency for years.

I hear you about disappointing seasons. This is the second season in a row the Hawks have lost big games in a close margin.

Just to give this an Update:

Columbus - Lock #1

Naperville - Near Lock #2 (could slip to 3)

Indianapolis - Near Lock #3 (could go to 2, slip to 4)

Milwaukee- Near Lock #4 (could go to 2 or 3)

New Orleans - In, probable #5

Sin City - In, probable #6

St. Louis - In, probable #7

Maine - Likely #8, needs 1 more win than Martha's with an easier schedule

Martha's - Likely Out, needs to win as many as Maine to make it, or have NYL pull an upset and win a tiebreak

NYL - Likely Out, can get in with 2 wins, or 1 win and a lot of points

Others- Out.

hmmm....

i know how a circular three-way tie works...

how does a three way tie work out, if one team has beaten both of the other teams?...does it also go to most points?

This playoff race has been quite exciting. I'm hoping for some miracles for us. Too bad The New York Launch played us extremely tough and wrecked us before they slid downhill. If we could have beaten them, we would probably be in the playoffs. We'll see what happens. Either way, we've improved again this season. That's all I care about. If we have a worse record next season, that will concern me.

If someone has beaten both teams, I believe that team advances.
