I don't really want an alliance but almost all of my player's profiles are open so if you just want players to look at you can look at mine.

Cool. Checked them out, there was one thing in particular that I liked to see more than everything else. Good stuff, thanks!

No problem. I have always kept them open unless my owner specifically asks me to close them so other people can benefit from them. Some of my players I am very pleased with some of them, but others need some work.

Hmmmmm. There is no way for me to say this without sounding like an ASS, so I'll just say it:

If you were good at building players, why are your teams (2-7) and (4-5)? Also, why wouldn't you have your players on your own team instead of having them on other teams? Wouldn't you want to fix YOUR team before helping someone else's?

I think you are a good guy, so I hope you don't take that comment the wrong way...

Insider I don't put my players on my own team. I know Galkuris doesn't either. I'd rather have other agents on my team other than myself.

I had all my players on one team when I started but I didn't find that to be a lot of fun so I spread them out. Here are the teams I am most involved with in terms of how many players I have on them and how involved I am in tactics.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=17
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=737
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=634
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=891
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1282
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1435
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1663
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=782
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=568

Only 1 or 2 of them has more than 2 losses this season. Also at the risk of sounding too obvious, it takes more than 3 good players for a team to be successful and that is the most players I have on any one team. Not putting all my players on one team was a personal choice. I don't see how that has anything to do with how good their builds are. For example, my QB leads his league in TDs and is #2 in passing yards (I just boosted him 2 hours ago). Does the fact he is not on my team make him not a good player? My LOT Bob "Boomer" Brown has not given up any sacks all season against very good teams. Does the fact that his team has a losing record mean he is somehow not a good player? The logic just doesn't make sense to me.

I can't see the logic of not bringing one of your guys to the SaberCats.... the logic just doesn't make sense to me!

I don't have any FAs and I typically keep my players on their teams for life. I could be a total a-hole and ask off of all my teams to put all of my players on my own team, but I try to be the kind of player owner that as an owner myself I would like other owners to be. The friendships and the trust I have formed as a result have been well worth it to me.

My logic would just be that if you owned a team that you would help the players place their points in such a way that helps the teams win....even if you don't have players on the team. I know some owners help their players with that and some just let the players place them as they want.

Everyone's different.

I wouldn't last long at 2-7 though. My computer would be drop kicked out the window I think. Haha.

But you are the Great MOD, T PAT! How could they not listen to you? You wrote the friggin Bible on player builds?

You are too nice. I love my players to death, but if they want to do their own thing, they can do it somewhere else because we play as a team. Can you imagine a REAL football team if they players didn't listen to the coach?

I think your players are taking advantage of you. You are on GLB radio! Isn't that enough for them? There isn't anyone on your teams who started before you, nor anyone that has more players than you (I imagine). They need to respect your authoritaaaaaay!

You need to lay down the law!

The funny part is that Tpat joining the Pushovers just randomly happened when I was looking for another RB/FB in season 2. So it's not like this was some pre-beta pact signed in blood or something, it was public recruiting that just turned out VERY well

Goes to show ya how dumb the view of US Pro teams all being cliquish actually is

I know one of his teams is a brand new slow build team this season, so it's not like we expected to win much right away.

And you rejected my defensive tackle saying he wasn't high enough to play NT in USA Pro

He's here now bitch!
