I bet it doesn't.

this has been discussed plenty elsewhere so i didnt chime in again. its a flat bonus, no one knows how much. it helps lower level players more because if you have a 25 agility, +5 is a bigger increase percentage wise than if you have a 50 agility. The effect is more noticable at lower levels. Its still helpful at higher levels because of skill point equivilancy but you wont see as much of an onfield difference.

I have 50 agi and 50 speed at level 13 (since 11).
Second to last game I was in, at level 12, I was suffering low morale (92) which obviously affected my in game morale and performance. The result was (2 looks) 0 receptions, 1 incomplete and 1 drop.
In between then and my most current game I got a level. Every point from the level went to raise my route running by 3, to its current total of 4. My morale was even lower at the start of my most current game than the last. Despite this I had a total of 7 receptions, 4 drops for 69.5 yards - significantly more looks. Also of note is that we lost both games, meaning the defense of both teams was at least up to par and therefor capable of covering my WR.
I think a large factor people leave out when considering the value of high speed/agi players using route running is that we play on hard intensity, meaning the boost from route running is even more boosted, and the higher your speed/agi the more bonus you get to speed/agi when playing on hard.

Did Bort confirm that it's a flat bonus? A flat bonus is nothing to sneeze at for a fast WR. If I already have all my equipment in speed and agility, and both are up past the soft caps, I'm spending a ton of skill points to increase them further. Getting a 5 point bump in each from run route might be a lot cheaper than increasing those skills further directly.
