Honestly, someone posted the quote in the team forum on kickers but didn't link to it. I saw the quote myself near the start of the season and can confirm he said what he said.

Again, trust it or not. Doesn't matter to me, I'm just trying to get the 411 out there.

I'd second training speed, agility and jumping. After a near perfect last season, I started missing a bunch of PATs at the start of this season until I trained/spent them up by about 5 points each. Now I'm hitting almost all of them, except when I'm tired after a game with lots and lots of kicks.

I would say, the biggest issue isn't accuracy, but more importantly getting more range than your accuracy.

Some kickers really know their range well, others suck at it. I don't know how you build a kicker than hardly misses because they know their range. I can tell you how to build a kicker that thinks he can hit anything out to 58 yards when his real range is about 10 less than that!

Well, as far as field goals go, the only field goals you've been missing are the far ones. For the extra points...No freaking idea. They really should be an automatic once your kickers kicking gets to...20.
