Well I know we are looked over by all in this league, being on the bottom and all, but I have been working feverishly on my Team. I have received some new free agents and trades, I have also worked on my Offense and defense philosophy. I hope I get a couple head turns and get out of the basement this week. Time will tell.

Actually, Korhor, these rankings appear to be purely mathematical. So, your hard work should show up as the scores get closer or you win one. It's extremely tough to recruit right now, but you seem to be dedicated enough to pull off a turn around. Keep working and make sure you only bring in guys that are willing to stick it out with you. I know there are some mercs out there that would be tempting to pick up, but those guys will only stunt your growth down the road when they bail out and leave you with a hole you have to work on filling again.

Its good advice, thanks, i am hoping at least most of them stick i out and stay for the long haul.
