Yea apparently. Straight yardage wise you've only allowed 1222.5 which is second only too ORLY OWLS. Factor in that you've played a lot of top end competition and you'll get your over all standing.

i'd factor in that if people are winning, then they'll just run on you.

the team I am impressed by is Orly. their top defense is top 3 in both categories. Of course they, same with the dogs, are hitting the meat of their schedule these next 4-5 games. So all that can change.

Updated again.

Note: I gave up trying to keep up with previous ranking so just ignore that part of it.

Edit:

Sorry i was so late getting this up. Had a busy few days. Next listing should be up tonight, barring I don't fall asleep or end up drunk.

Updated again:

Note of interest:

Omaha moves to first after a lose to Reno.
Over all rankings, Akron and Chicago move and take the 1 and 2 over all spot.

Note:
Would anybody like to see a straight ranking independent of conference?

haahaahaa well you know

Rankings updated again.

Note: Please remember that the rankings are not fully based on wins / loses. Stats play a large roll in it and the rankings.

Note: Next season I plan on running a power ranking system off my teams website. However, before I come up with a formula I would like to know what you guys would like to see in a ranking system. How should things be weighted?

one win/lose
two in case of a tie go off of who beat who. if the two tied teams havnt played then you could use points scored.

that should be the only thing that moves teams up and down in big increments.
overall def and offense stats should play a small role, but this isnt college where they count the difficulty of the schedual. so to be true and honest, a teams record is what should positon it. if chicago beats akron(and thats a big if) we move up b/c of a win over them, but you could make a argument that akron should stay number one b/c they have better stats aginst the same teams. But akron lost so you can see how it could be come a big circle. I know its not the fancey numbers every one wants but it the only way to do it fairly.
