True, but at this level, 15 skill points doesn't really equal out to much of anything. Most players are already at the 3 point per skill tier, which equals out to being able to invest your 15 points into 5 measely skills. Not really a gamebreaker imo.
not until the whole team is 5 points ahead and then its a good 200 points all together
