High headfake with low agility has been working for low level headfake test RBs since last season my friend, so its nothing new.

I had a D League RB last season, with more than 20 Agility and 7 Head Fake - that would NOT perform head fakes, even on fellow D-League players.
You need more than 20 agility to successfully perform headfake, there is no doubt about it.
Maybe you were watching your guy perform a Quick Cut, it definitely wasn't a headfake - not with 20 agility.
Besides, every RB has more broken tackles this year, when compared to last season. There was a Wrap-Up Tackling NERF - which everyone knows.. Why anyone would assume that it was head fake causing the extra missed tackles is beyond me.
The only thing that changed, in regards to RBs breaking tackles, was the Wrap-Up NERF and maybe a boost to Carrying - nothing else.
Just for the record, here is a play from a recent Cobra Kai game (from this season), where Tea Baggins runs for a 40+ yard TD - while freezing half of the defense.
