We are done except for 3 people to the best of my knowledge.

Considering that L26 is the highest level in EE Pro (28 is highest in GLB) and we have 2/7, Belgrade has 3/7 and Novosibirsk and Chernobyl each have 1. (Alpha = 0) yeah we are done. Our average level is 24, Im pretty sure that Belgrade is the only team that is higher.

Edit: Actually, Belgrade is equal level on offense and a level lower on defense. Im not sure if they have boosted completely or not, but yeah, those are the numbers.

I don't think enough people are giving Rome the credit they deserve. They lost 4 games by less than a touchdown, 3 of those by a FG or less. They could just as easily be 12-4 instead of 8-8 except for a play here or there. After our last game against them, SGA is heading into War Memorial Stadium with our eyes wide open.

We finished boosting, but we have several defenders that were created in later seasons after we had more experience (MLB and LOLB for example). So although we're behind on just pure levels, I don't think we're behind in talent at all.
